Here at Fremont Endodontics, we want to provide our patients with the best experience possible, before and after your procedure.
Before your appointment, please call or text our office with any questions or concerns you may have prior to your appointment. If you are a new patient, please be sure to complete the medical history, in the registration forms to the best of your knowledge. If you are a returning patient, be sure to update your medical history, with any changes. This keeps our office updated, allowing us to better accommodate our patients.
After your appointment, if needed, please schedule for your follow up appointment. You may schedule the day of your visit or call our office if there is a complication with scheduling.
